Who We Are
Claude Skills Hub (also referred to as Claude Skills Hub) is an independent, community-maintained directory of skills, plugins, and MCP servers for AI coding agents. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Anthropic PBC, the creators of Claude. Any mention of "Claude," "Claude Code," or related product names is for descriptive purposes only.
Our site is published at https://moazarshad01-tech.github.io/Claude-Skills-Guide/ and is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service operated by GitHub, Inc.
What Data We Collect
We aim to collect as little data as possible. Here is what may be collected when you use this site:
- Browsing data: When you visit any page, GitHub Pages (our hosting provider) may log your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited as part of standard server access logs. We do not control this logging directly.
- Newsletter email address: If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter via an opt-in form, we collect your email address for the sole purpose of sending you the newsletter. Providing an email is entirely optional and no account is required to browse the directory.
- Local preferences: Your light/dark theme preference is stored in your browser's
localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server. - No account required: You can browse the entire site, read guides, and explore skill listings without creating an account or providing any personal information.
How We Use Your Data
Any data we collect is used only for the following purposes:
- To serve and improve the website, including understanding which pages are most useful to visitors.
- To send you the newsletter if you have explicitly opted in. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.
- To maintain site security and diagnose technical issues.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. We do not build advertising profiles based on your browsing behavior on this site.
Cookies
This site uses minimal cookies and browser storage. Your theme preference is stored in localStorage (not a cookie) and is never transmitted off your device. If we use analytics, those tools may set cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. You can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.

Third-Party Services
We use a small number of third-party services that may process data independently under their own privacy policies:
- Google Fonts: Fonts are loaded from Google's CDN (
fonts.googleapis.com). Google may log your IP address when fonts are requested. See Google's Privacy Policy. - GitHub Pages: Our site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may collect server-side access logs. See GitHub's Privacy Statement.
We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, or any behavioral advertising trackers.
Your Rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: You may request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
- Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal data. If you have subscribed to our newsletter, you may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any newsletter email, and we will remove your email address from our list.
- Opt-out: You can opt out of the newsletter at any time without any consequences to your ability to use the site.
- Correction: If any data we hold is inaccurate, you may request that it be corrected.
Because we collect very little data and require no account, most of these rights are satisfied automatically by the nature of our service. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us.
